DAMAGED ITEMS

Here at Wonders and Curiosities we will make sure that every order is checked thoroughly before it is sent out to you and we will only send products that are in the best possible condition.

We send our products in protective boxes/mail bags, but, sometimes once posted, items may become damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply photograph your damaged items and email them to us at shopwondersandcuriosities@gmail.com and providing we still have your item in stock we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. If we do not have your item in stock we will issue you a refund for the damaged item. (you do not have to send your damaged item back, unless we can fix it for you!)

You have 14 working days to notify us upon receiving your damaged item. If we are not notified within this time we cannot replace it for you nor a refund will be given. We will not accept returns nor give refunds for items that have general wear and tear made by the consumer.

 

CHANGE OF HEART 

If you simply change your mind about your item, you are more than welcome to return it. But please be aware, we do not cover shipping costs for the return of your item and this must be paid by yourself. 

You have 14 working days upon receiving your order to notify us if you would like to return it.

Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

EXCLUSIONS

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card purchases.

We cannot accept returns on personalised items.

We cannot accept returns on earrings or body jewellery due to hygiene reasons. Please see our jewellery care guide for tips on how to keep your jewellery looking fresh and sparkly.
